Privacy Policy

Fuz AI ("Fuz", "we") is an app that makes images and videos from text and photos. It is operated by Ahmet Enes LLC, a company registered in the United States. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, who helps us process it, and how you delete it.
What we collect

We do not collect your payment card details: Google Play handles payment. We do not use advertising IDs, we show no ads, and we do not sell your data or share it for advertising. This website sets no tracking cookies.
Who processes data for us
We use these service providers. They process data only to provide their service to us.
- Auth0 (Okta): sign-in and account security.
- Google: Google sign-in, if you choose it, and Google Play billing.
- Runware: runs the AI models. It receives your prompt and any photo you add for that request.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting, database and file storage.
- RevenueCat: manages purchases and subscriptions.
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
How long we keep data
We keep your account data, prompts and creations until you delete them or delete your account. When you delete a creation, it disappears from the app at once and its files are removed from storage. Records of purchases may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Profile, then Delete account. Your account stops working at once; your creations, uploaded photos, profile and sign-in identity are then permanently deleted from our systems. You can also ask us by email: see Delete your Fuz account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to support@41slop.com from the email address on your account. We answer within 30 days.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Files are stored in private storage and shared with the app through short-lived links. API keys for our providers stay on our servers and never ship inside the app.
Children
Fuz is not meant for children. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
