Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Ahmet Enes LLC ("we"), the company that runs Fuz AI ("Fuz"). By creating an account or using Fuz, you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Who can use Fuz

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for everything made with it.

2. What you may not make

You may not use Fuz to create, upload or share:

• sexual or nude content of anyone, and any content that sexualises minors;
• images of a real person that are sexual, humiliating, or made to deceive people about what that person said or did;
• content that harasses, threatens or promotes hatred or violence against people;
• content that promotes self-harm, terrorism or illegal acts;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• material meant to mislead people, such as fake documents or fake news.

We check prompts automatically and may block a request. You can report any result from its page in the app. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Your content

You keep the rights you have in the prompts and photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you add. To the extent the law allows, you may use the images and videos you make for personal and commercial purposes. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only to run Fuz for you.

AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other people's results. Check a result before you rely on it or publish it.

4. Credits

• Making something costs credits. The app shows the price before you tap Make.
• Credits are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credits from packs never expire while your account exists.
• Free welcome credits work for images only and expire on the date shown in the app.
• If a generation fails, the credits held for it are returned to your balance.
• Credits are lost when you delete your account.

5. Fuz Pro subscription

Fuz Pro gives you a credit allowance each billing period. Unused subscription credits stay usable for one extra month after their billing period ends. The subscription renews automatically through Google Play until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play (Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions); you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy.

6. Payments and refunds

Google Play processes all payments. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If a purchase is refunded, the unspent credits from that purchase are removed. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will help.

7. Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove models, features and prices. Price changes never affect credits you already have. We try to keep Fuz available but cannot promise it will always work without interruption.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile, then Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Fuz is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Ahmet Enes LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law in your country gives you the right to rely on local law and courts.
